24th of July

We went down to Beaver for the 24th of July.  It was a lot of fun.  All of my family was there. We all haven't been together since Christmas time so it was fun for my kids to play with their cousins. The day started out with the Beaver 5K run/walk.  I talked 2 of my sisters, 2 of my brother-in-laws and 1 of my nieces to run with me.  (Brad, Sara, me, Mandi, Katelyn, and Tamron.  (It was our first ever race except for Tamron-- he was 17th overall).  It was so much fun.  I think that we are going to make it a tradition.  

After the 5K we went to the parade and the kids loved trying to get all the candy that they could.  We came back and had a picnic with delicious food.  Grandma and Grandpa had water balloons and a fishing game for the kids.  Then later that night we watched the fireworks in my parents front yard.  We all had a lot of fun.  Mom and Dad thanks for the fun.
